As drummers we all want power, speed, control, dexterity and creativity.
Being able to bring additional skills to the table makes you even more in demand. Offering more (value added) can take many forms including lead vocals, backing vocals, playing another instrument(s), songwriting, knowledge of recording and mixing, and so on.
Power Drumming Canada offers value added services including songwriting, fitness and conditioning for maximum power, recording and mixing in your home studio, constructing drum solos, off kit drumming and learning to read and write charts and drum music.
Our goal is to coach beginner, intermediate and advanced drummers to be the best they can be.
The goal of most drummers is to learn and improve as quickly as possible. Many drummers lose interest in lessons because they can be boring, repetitive, reading drum music is mandatory or simply because they are not progressing quickly enough. Power Drumming Canada has developed a revolutionary new approach to learning (and improving) drumming which starts with custom designed lessons designed around each drummer’s abilities and interests. Then continues with custom lesson schedules, challenging and fun ideas and the option of learning to play by ear, read and write charts or reading and writing drum music. Additionally the lessons are designed to progress at a pace that is suited for each individual drummer.
Our mission is to help beginner, intermediate and advanced drummers be the best they can be.
As music has progressed, so has drumming. The next step in this evolution is here, where drummers are using all 4 limbs with equal power, speed, control, dexterity and creativity. Drum kits are also becoming more exciting with multi-pedals, triggers, loops, etc.
Power Drumming Canada has developed a revolutionary new way to learn to drum with a focus on all 4 limbs with the option of learning to read and write drum music (or not). This is not a fad but instead it is the next logical step in the evolution of drumming.
